• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fees & Refunds

Our consultancy charges are transparent and communicated before service delivery.

• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or agreed currency.
• Refunds are only applicable if no work has started on your file.
• Processing or application fees paid to universities or embassies are non-refundable.

Sunrise Study shall not be liable for indirect losses, such as visa rejections, admission denials, or third-party delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Services.

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms. You may discontinue services at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
